We keep this simple because we collect very little. This site is informational — it has no accounts and no online shop — and the only information we gather about visits is anonymous, aggregated usage statistics.
01Information we collect
You do not need to create an account or submit any personal information to browse this website. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build profiles of individual visitors.
We do collect anonymous, aggregated statistics about how the site is used, described in “Analytics” below.
02Analytics
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we record anonymous usage events — which pages are viewed, which links and buttons are clicked, how far pages are scrolled, and the approximate country a visit comes from. This is our own first-party system: we do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking service, and none of this data is shared with advertisers.
We do not set any cookies for analytics and we do not store your IP address. Your IP address is used only momentarily, in memory, to derive a coarse country and a daily, one-way code that lets us count visits without identifying you; it is discarded immediately and never written down. Because these statistics are anonymous and cannot be traced back to you, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site rather than on tracking cookies.
03Cookies
We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics. The site stores small preferences in your browser (such as your chosen language and whether you have dismissed the analytics notice) on your device only — these never leave your browser and are not personal data.
04When you contact us
If you email us at info@mindly.ge, we receive your message and email address. We use them only to respond to you and do not share them or use them for marketing.
05Third-party services
Our “Where to buy” map loads map tiles from a third-party provider to display store locations. Like any web request, this may involve your browser’s IP address being seen by that provider. Fonts and images on this site are served by us, not by external tracking networks.
06Your rights
Under the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection you have rights over any personal data we hold about you, including the right to access or request its deletion. As we hold personal data only when you contact us directly, simply email info@mindly.ge to exercise these rights.
07Updates
If our practices change, we will update this page. The date above shows when it was last revised.
